Ripe pear and Golden Delicious apple precede notes of banana, crème brûlée, and vanilla that roll over the palate for a lush lingering finish.

Nestled in the famed Sta. Rita Hills, Spear Vineyard is planted at nearly 900 ft. above sea level. Aromas of Golden Delicious apple and Asian pear precede brioche and banana undertones. Fermented in barrel, this wine exudes a creamy vanilla palate with notes of stone fruit and a crisp clean finish.

Known for its long growing season, our Santa Maria Valley Chardonnay ripens slowly, developing complex flavors and aromatics.  Aged 14 months in French oak, this wine opens with floral notes.  Crisp apple and caramelized sugar lingers on the palate, finishing with vanilla notes that pairs well with seafood pastas or savory cream sauce dishes.
