Known for its long growing season, our Santa Maria Valley Chardonnay ripens slowly, developing complex flavors and aromatics. Aged 14 months in French oak, this wine opens with floral notes. Crisp apple and caramelized sugar lingers on the palate, finishing with vanilla notes that pairs well with seafood pastas or savory cream sauce dishes.
