In celebration of the harvest and new year, our Pinot Nouveau is the first release and freshest pressing of the 2023 vintage. Using carbonic maceration, this wine is vibrant and light bodied. Raspberry and caperberry nuances on the nose lead to notes of grapefruit, tart cherry, and lemon citrus on the palate for a clean, crispy finish.

Fermented using semi-carbonic maceration, this wine is fresh and light-bodied. Aromas and flavors of cherry and plum precede raspberry and cranberry compote undertones. Vibrant and smooth on the finish, this wine is the perfect al fresco sipper – made to drink now and served slightly chilled.

This wine offers aromas of cherry and raspberry creamsicle that lend way to a round silky palate bursting with wildberries, white chocolate, and a lingering creamy finish.

Leading with earthiness, this wine encompasses dark fruit, wild blackberry, raspberry and cassis.  Afteraging 12months in French oak, smooth tannins complement blueberry, dark chocolate, white pepper, and tobacco and vanilla undertones.

Aged 16 months in 100% French oak, aromas of boysenberry, vanilla, and violets lend way to a palate of fresh red berries, cherry cola, and hints of baking spice.

Aged 12 months in French oak, dark cherry, cassis, blackberry and pomegranate lead into nuances of white pepper, chocolate and baking spice. With balanced acidity and supple tannins, this Pinot Noir extends into a velvety finish.

Situated along the northwestern edge of the prestigious Sta. Rita Hills AVA, Hilliard Bruce Vineyard consists of well drained soils and maritime influences that are ideal for growing Pinot Noir. Aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and cranberry lend way to a palate of fresh cherry, exotic plums, and vibrant acidity on the finish.

Dark red in color, this Theresa Noelle Pinot Noir is a blend of two clones, 115 and 667.  When the clones are blended, they create a balanced wine that's rich with candied cherry, plum, baking spice and sweet oak undertones that linger on the palate.

Dark plum color, hints of tobacco, cassis, dark cherry, Santa rosa plum, vanilla, baking spices, well-integrated oak, balanced acid-tannins and long-lasting finish.

Aromas of tilled earth, bright fruit and a hint of vanilla. Crisp acidity with flavors of cherry, mixed berries and sweet oak. Soft tannins encompass a silky finish.

Aged for 28 months, notes of dark berry, baking spice and toasted oak lead to nuances of leather and tobacco leaf.  With a round lingering finish, this wine pairs well with bold dishes and beautiful strong cheeses.
