2017 Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir
The fruit for this bottling was sourced primarily from Sierra Madre Vineyard all in the Santa Maria Valley Appellation. Our winemaker processes the fruit in small lots and all punch downs are performed by hand. The wine is aged in 100% French oak with minimal intervention for an average of 10 months.
The 2017 vintage is an incredibly expressive Pinot with bright raspberry and cherry fruit, touches of pepper, nutmeg and cocoa, vibrant acidity and a long, smooth finish with hints of vanilla oak that will leave you wanting another glass. Try this wonderful Pinot Noir with rosemary seasoned chicken or salmon sushi.
