Small bubbles stream upward into a classic bouquet of green apple, Anjou pear and hints of yeast. This incredible sparkling wine concludes with a crisp, lingering finish.
Our Summerland California appellation Pinot Grigio is a lovely expression of an Italian varietal well at home in the West. An aromatic bouquet of citrus and melon on the nose makes this wine very enjoyable. On the palate the wine is savory with balance of melon and fig notes giving way to a lovely clean finish. A versatile pairing with food, it would do as well with a delicate dish of fried sea food, salads and soft cheeses.
This cool climate wine shows melon, citrus and hints of oak on the nose. On the palate, the wine opens with a lovely body of tropical notes giving way to a bright savory finish. The wine has bright acidity retained from the mild grow- ing region. A partial malolactic fermentation retains some green apple acidity notes while not making the wine too buttery. Enjoy this wine by itself or poultry dishes with a cream based sauce.
This wine has the golden hue and finesse of white Burgundy from Meursault, replete with a silky, creamy nose and a supple, smooth mouth feel. A medley of aromas including Jasmin flowers, white nectarine and honeysuckle blossoms. Lush and dense on the palate, yet with a backbone of firm acidity and a lovely, extra long finish with a bright minerality. One of our most elegant wines, this will pair perfectly with a salad nicoise or broiled lobster with garlic-drawn butter. *375mL bottle size*
Don't worry about how to pronounce it, this Viognier needs little translation in the palette. Notes of apricot blossoms, elderflower, and sweet alfalfa grasses take the reigns in this classic poultry-pairing wine. Bon appétit!
This crisp, acidic Grenache Rose´ is delightfully refreshing to drink. The grapes are grown in San Luis Obispo's Alamo Creek Ranch. A beautiful light pink color and notes of strawberry leave you begging for another glass.
Theresa-Noelle Vineyard Proprietors Reserve Pinot noir comes from our estate vineyard located on the western end on the Santa Rita Hills AVA. Planted to four clones of Pinot noir, clone 828, clone 115, clone 667 and clone Pomard, the vineyard shows distinct flavor profiles attributed to Dijon clones. In the fall, the grapes are hand harvested and selected for the Proprietors program with utmost quality in mind.
As a varietal recognized in the Paso Robles growing region for its distinctive qualities, this Syrah offers a fine display of bright blueberry fruit, along with welcome peppery notes enhanced by aging in small French oak barrels.
