2016 Santa Barbara County Chardonnay 375mL
Rich, lush texture, followed by a rush of ripe fruit. Engaging and comforting, this wine is both old friend and new acquaintance. Opulent mouthfeel, beautiful fruit, followed by savory sea salt hints. Warm, caramel finish, enlivened by a tingling sensation...the perfect balance of acid to remind you it's time for another sip. Elegant and refined, yet immediately accessible.
This wine has a deep, intense color of violet. On the nose, there are hints of blackberries and baking spices. This medium bodied Petite Sirah is youthful with bright acidity, soft tannins and touches of oak reminiscent of vanilla.
This unique Pinot Noir is opulent and enticing, encompassing distinct flavors of bright raspberry, fig and spice finishing with delightful tannins.
This Grenache exudes the fragrance of baked apple and cherries while capturing the taste and flavors of carmelized cranberry and baking spices on the palate. Pair this with a curated charcuterie and cheese board.
A gorgeous nose of baking spice and plums graced by a touch of dried flowers and incense. The 2014 Fiddlestix Pinot Noir is a complex wine with graceful tannins.
Encompassing distinct flavors of dried fruit and blackberry, this wine is a superb match with succulent dishes such as duck breast, grilled salmon or steak.
Blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre. The finished wine is layered with juicy flavors, a medium body and a wonderful silky finish of cocoa, cedar, and pepper.
Don't worry about how to pronounce it, this Viognier needs little translation in the palette. Notes of apricot blossoms, elderflower, and sweet alfalfa grasses take the reigns in this classic poultry-pairing wine. Bon appétit!
